"MISS RHYLIE ALEXIS HOUGH"
Well, in the Rhylie world, things are great, well, teething is still a problem. :) Speech is coming along really well thanks to her therapy! I am amazed at her capacity for learning, truly! She is becoming quite the little signer - 150-200 signs in her ASL vocab! On top of that, the words are starting to flow - not clearly, but I am understanding more each day! She is on the verge of runnin everywhere!!!! She is such a smarty pants too! She's compassionate, loving, helpful...and soooo smart! She is growing too fast!
Well, she’s also a little stinker! I tell yuh, if she was the first, there wouldn’t have been another! She is the spitting image of myself! Hahaha! A mini-me, if you will! Sneaking food away from Robyn when she’s not looking or when she leaves the table for a minute! Finished her snacks, then grabs Robyn’s away!
Oy vey – she’s a little oinker too! That, however, is not from me! Feisty little girl that she is, she is amazing and I can’t imagine life without her!!! Oh, and her drama – now that’s definitely not from me! ;) lol Wink, wink! She’s a good “faker” about anything and everything!

In the Robyn world, things are also great! YAY Robyn! We are currently working on addition and subtraction - it totally clicked with her last month, and now she is adding and subtracting at random points of the day!, and she has mastered all previous letters! She is also increasing her reading/writing vocab - anything with "and" "an" "at" "it" "ug" "us" and is right on with the vowel combos - "When two vowels go a walkin', the first one does the talkin'" she sings as she figures out what the wods say! I am a proud mommy! We are really liking the home-schooling thing! Its worked out quite well! She is also improving her scissor and glue usage, has mastered pattern recognition/creating her own patterns, numerous shape recognition, understands a plants life cycle, knows the planets in the solar system, and so on! We have officially began Kindergarten Home-Schooling - as she wasn't old enough to enroll in the on-line school yet!
Dance starts up again in September!!! :) She's taking Jazz/Ballet with Miss JJ again and Jazz/Tap with Miss Keisha! :) She's totally stoked about it! Oh, to add...Rhylie is starting dance too!!! :) Creative Dance, for 3 & $ yr olds, but she did a trial run, and was toooooootallllly ready for it all! :) Posting new pics soon!
She’s a stinker too sometimes…but no where near equal to Rhy! She’s going through a whiney phase, but this too will come to pass! Now that she has gotten back into the home-work swing of things, she’s been doing much better! What else???!?!?!
Oh, she has taken on this matter-of-fact way of speaking to everyone! “You see, the thing is…I’m just not tired enough to go to sleep yet mom. Perhaps, I could stay up a bit longer?” –OR- “You know mom, I’m a big girl now, so I can pour my own milk and cereal in the morning, and help my sister Rhylie too!” –OR- I say, “And you taught you this? Or Where did you learn that?” “Well, I learned it from myself of course!” “Of course you may!” “Why, thank you very much!”
Jayson is in Fallon, but will be home soon...then off to Japan somewhere!

We also built a deck in the backyard - 16.5x16 for our new 13x42 above ground pool!!! If only Jayson had ran support down the middle as I asked, we'd be swimming about now!!! Well, we had to drain it...and put supports down the middle, or we will when he gets home! lol
